Can You transform Your Body From Mush to muscle In only 49 Days?

YES, it really is possible to transform your body from mushy with rolls of fat, to muscle with six-pack abs in just 49 Days. I’ll show you how in this short article and the before and after photos will show it (more sensational change photos below).

I’m sure some people are thinking, “Yeah best – I’ve heard this before, and I’m amazed to hear it from you Tom, because you’ve never been a quick fix guy.”

If you had that reaction, I’m glad, because it implies you’re a vital thinker. You evaluate things and look closer before taking them at deal with value.

It also tells me that you’re probably as fed up with quick Camiseta Feyenoord fixes and exhausted of hearing false weight loss declares in the magazines, on TV and around the Internet as I am.

But What I’m about To show You Is No quick Fix…It’s the real hidden tricks to getting maximum results In minimum Time

I’ve seen all those crazy ads too: A quick web search on “lose pounds” brought up these results in just seconds:

“Drop 30 pounds in 30 days”… “Cut 10 pounds this weekend”… “Lose 9 pounds every 11 days” … lose 7 pounds in 7 days” … “3 day diet – lose 10 pounds in 3 days”…

…And that’s only a fraction of the ads that popped up in the first few pages of Google.

The entire diet industry is based on declares of quick weight loss in a short amount of time – it’s the most powerful guarantee – and typically the word “easy” is part of the pitch.

I don’t know about you, but I sense that a lot of people are getting sick of this. After years of trying all the miracle diets and magic pills that guaranteed fast results, but failed to deliver, people are becoming distrusting and downright cynical.

And yet in all my 22+ years as a fitness professional and fat loss coach, I’ve discovered that people want answers about this. These are the concerns that never stop coming in:

“How long will it take?” “How rapidly can I lose weight on your program?”

This isn’t just because people are impatient by nature, it’s because human beings don’t like uncertainty – they want to know what to expect.

I don’t blame them. This question should have an answer. In fact, I think it’s a should to set particular goals for particular time frames.

But this can get tricky: If you set your goals too high, you set yourself up for disappointment. If you set your goals too low, you sell yourself short.

We’ve now proven, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you can create measurable, visible results – dramatic results that others will notice – in as bit as 49 days.

This is true whether you’re already fairly lean or you’re seriously overweight…

If you’re already lean, you can get ripped with 6-pack abs in 49 days

If you’re average, you can get lean and start to see your abs show through in 49 days

If you’re overweight, you can drop so much fat, you’ll need a whole new wardrobe in just 49 days (so please don’t yell at me about your clothes shopping bill)

If you’re obese, you can lose enough fat to drastically improve your blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipids – while also dropping several waist sizes and feeling like a million bucks – in only 49 days

How Do I know You Can Do This… and Why 49 Days?

Hundreds of countless men and women Camiseta Liverpool FC have used the burn the Fat, Feed the muscle (BFFM) fat burning system world-wide because it was first released in 2002.

But just in the past two years, something remarkable occurred that made us re-think everything we thought we understood about sensible vs. unrealistic goals… about common vs. remarkable results…

The turning point was when we started holding body change contests that were only 49 days long. At first there was no particular reason for the 49-day time frame except this:

We held the contest over the holidays, from Thanksgiving through the new year into early January. That “holiday challenge” just occurred to be a 7-week period… 49 days.

At first people stated we were crazy to have a body change contest during the busiest, a lot of stressful and a lot of temptation-filled time of the year.

The skeptics also stated that 7 weeks wasn’t long enough to see any really major body changes. You needed at least 3 or 4 months for that, they scoffed, much longer if you were obese or overweight.

In spite of the naysayers, countless men and women of every body shape and size; every walk of life, and every age group, accepted my 49-day challenge.

After documenting their results with photos, weigh-ins, body fat testing, weekly progress reporting and strict date verification, numerous them finished the challenge… and by day 49, the end result was:

They accomplished much more body modifications in those 7 short weeks than they ever thought possible!!!

Re-thinking Your fitness Goals:Have You set The Bar too LOW?

Maybe you’ve heard the S.M.A.R.T. goals formula: Specific, measurable, accountable, sensible and time-bound. That’ a Camiseta Flamengo good acronym to remember, and making your goals sensible is an essential part of it.

It’s been stated that there are few unrealistic goals, mostly just unrealistic deadlines.

But the results of our new challenge made us realize that under a certain set of scenarios and with just the best goal deadline, the odds of a spectacular “results not typical” body change increase dramatically.

This doesn’t change anything I believe about setting long term goals, embracing goal setting as a practice or making health and fitness a lifestyle… it only adds a new twist.

Long term goals – those that span a year or much more – are vitally important. but there’s a problem if you only think long term: It’s challenging to keep up your motivation and action in the present moment with the target so far away. You tend to rationalize: “I have lots of time, so if I miss this workout, or cheat on this meal, it won’t matter.”

Short term goals are equally essential because reaching daily goals provides you a confidence boost. weekly results serve as a compass or support system which tells you exactly what to modify in your nutrition and training every week to keep the results coming.

If you don’t get frequent comments by setting short term goals and measuring your progress against them, you easily drift off track. By the time you make a course correction, you’ve lost days, weeks or even months without payback.

This brings me back full circle to that “How long will it take” question…

I wondered… what if a shorter time frame actually enhanced the seriousness to produce results? What if you chosen a time frame that was:

Short enough that you understood every workout and every meal mattered, which maximized your motivation and kept you completely focused

Long enough that you could measure and see dramatic results

Broken up into one week blocks enabling easy progress tracking and fast course corrections

And what if you attacked this goal under highly-motivating conditions which included:

Social Support

Accountability

Rewards, recognition and prizes

What we found is that the seriousness of a 49-day goal integrated with the best motivational leverage conjured up the “perfect storm” for breathtaking body transformations.

So what’s the bottom line? What kind of results can you achieve in 49 days?

It is pretty well-established that “typical” weight loss on a well-designed program is typically 1 to 2 pounds per week. One percent of total body weight or 3 pounds a week is not uncommon if you have a lot of weight to lose. (larger and heavier people can lose weight quicker than short, lean or smaller people).

Beyond that, I can’t make any declares or predictions about your 49-day results.

The truth is, I don’t know what you’ll accomplish – only you can decide that by how hard you’re prepared to work at it.

What I can tell you is that above average results ARE possible with the best program, under the best conditions, integrated with a healthy dose of hard work.

I can also tell you that if you do it the burn the Fat, Feed the muscle way, you won’t just lose body weight, you’ll lose body fat and keep the lean muscle. If you choose, you can even get lean muscle while losing fat at the same time: that rare achievement also known as “body re-composition.”

The best way to demonstrate all this is not with much more talking, but by showing you some of the inspiring body change results that our clients and members accomplished during our a lot of recent 49 day challenge.

PROOF That You Can transform Your body only 49 Days…

Let me first introduce you to Chris Sohayda, the most recent winner of our 49-day burn the Fat Body change Challenge:

From the back, what you see there is called the classic “V-taper” – that much-envied, much sought-after wide-shouldered, wide-backed, tapering-into-a-small-waist look. You’re also sure to notice this: love handles…. GONE!

From the front, Chris looks a lot like a bodybuilder. truth be told, Chris doesn’t compete on stage. He’s just a regular dude – a 42-year old father – who woke up one morning and stated to himself, “I’ve become one of those “skinny fat” people…

Chris only weighed 171 pounds in the before photo – clearly not overWEIGHT by any height-weight chart standards, but his body fat before was 19%… that’s pushing the upper range for men where you’re borderline “overFAT.”

Chris came across burn the Fat, Feed the muscle and discovered about body composition and how to alter it naturally with nutrition and exercise. He received the invitation to the holiday challenge and dove in head first. After just 49 days, Chris’s body fat had dropped from 19% to 10%. His body weight dropped down to 158 pounds.

If you do the math on that, you’ll calculate that Chris burned 16.7 pounds of fat and gained 3.7 pounds of lean body mass. That is a very large drop in body fat relative to a 171 pound starting weight and you can clearly see the new muscle in the pictures.

Chris is a spectacular example of what numerous natural bodybuilders know and practice: You don’t need substantial amounts of muscle bulk to display a body so outstanding it looks something Michelangelo carved out of stone. It’s all about the symmetry, proportions (having muscle in the best places) and being well cut, with a low body fat percentage.
